Slight degree of pull
Under the specified conditions, the maximum force of the zipper closing process.
The number of times the zipper can withstand the reciprocating movement of the slider under the specified horizontal and vertical tension.
1. Flat tensile test
The flat tensile strength is the most basic strength index. It is used to test the ability of the zipper teeth to resist the lateral force in the interlocked state, which is very similar to the actual state of use.
2. Self-locking strength test
The slider is self-locking in the middle of the chain teeth. The zipper chain teeth are divided into left and right parts. Stretching the left and right parts of the zipper can test the locking strength and resistance of the internal components of the slider.
3. Top stop strong test
The zipper teeth are interlocked, and the slider is pulled to the top stop port, and the pull head is pulled. At this time, the strength of the top stop of the zipper can be measured. This is to simulate the zipper in the holding state, the slider will pull off or pull off over the top stop. The ability of the top stop to resist external forces when moving from the ribs.
4. Strong bottom stop test
Pull the slider to the lower end, the sprocket is divided into left and right parts. Pulling the sprocket on the left and right sides can measure the force required for the bottom stop to be broken and the resistance of the internal components of the slider.
5. Open tail flat pull strong test
Test the resistance of the open-end zipper insert tube and socket to external force damage. Fix the left and right sides of the open end with the upper and lower clamps. When the zipper is closed, start the test instrument.
6. Socket displacement force test
The ultimate force to pull the socket from the chain strap longitudinally and damage it.
7. Pull head pull tab combination strength test
Apply the pull head force in the direction perpendicular to the pull tab until the pull tab is separated from the pull body. The value recorded at this time is the combined strength of the pull tab.
8. The torsion resistance test of the pull tab
